Our Mission
NextGen Medical provides convenient, high-quality acute care through telemedicine services for children and adults across Tennessee, with in-home medical visits available in Dyer County and surrounding counties.
We treat urgent, short-term medical needs. We are not a primary care clinic and encourage patients to maintain an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider for routine and preventive care.

- Telemedicine visit: $60
- In-home visit Dyer County: $85
- $100 for in-home visits outside of Dyer County- Obion, Lake, Crockett, Lauderdale, and Gibson
- Rapid testing: $10 each

- Sinus Cocktail Injections: $20
- available for adult in-home visits

We do not bill insurance directly. Receipts are provided so you may submit to your insurance for out of network claim if you desire.
